The Gold Squad is our top competitive training group, designed for swimmers aged 13+ who are aiming to compete at County, Regional and National level.
Swimmers in this squad are expected to demonstrate strong mastery of all strokes and race skills, maintain excellent training habits, and show a high level of fitness and commitment.

Swimmers are expected to take responsibility for their own equipment and ensure it is brought to all relevant sessions.
We build swimming camps for our Learn to Compete swimmers around fun technique, and some endurance. We mix in sessions in and out of the pool.
