Christmas Training Camp 2024!
This Christmas, SafelySwim, White Cliffs Swimming Club and Folkestone Swim Club are teaming up to bring you an exciting two-day Christmas Training Camp on 27th and 30th December 2024. It’s the perfect opportunity for swimmers to stay sharp during the holiday season and prepare for the challenges of the 2025 competition calendar.
With a focus on technique, performance, and competition preparation, the camp promises to deliver intensive pool sessions, valuable land training, and educational talks that will give swimmers a competitive edge for the year ahead.
What to Expect:
The schedule is designed to maximise every swimmer’s potential. Depending on the number of participants, the structure will adapt to ensure everyone gets the best possible experience.
- 1 group at a time.
- 4 hours of pool training and 2 hours of land training daily.
- Nutrition and performance talks to enhance swimmer knowledge.
Daily Schedule:
- 0845: Arrival
- 0900-1100: Pool Session
- 1100-1300: Land Training & Lunch
- 1300-1500: Pool Session
- 1500-1700: Talk & Land Training
- 1715: Collection
Why Attend?
With no regular training over the Christmas period, this camp is a fantastic way to stay active and maintain focus. It’s an intensive two days, but the mix of pool and land work will ensure swimmers are in great shape and ready to tackle the new season.
